Converting Basic Garment Patterns to Include Short – Row Shaping

This class covers the basics of short-rows and the difference between traditional short-rows and Japanese short-rows. We will discuss how to convert a basic garment pattern to include short-row shaping in the shoulder and neckline. Together we will convert a basic pattern to include short-rows.

Date/Time: Sunday, May 19; 9:30-11:30 am or 1-3pm

Materials – either bring your own or before/during class get 20% off on:  Knitting pattern (with crew neck and shoulder shaping),graph paper or knitters graph paper, pencil, notebook paper, smooth worsted weight yarn, size 7 or 8 needles (to obtain gauge)
