Hot Holiday Knits – Hats and Mitts

We are super excited to announce the publication of three new Twisted Ebooks – our Hot Holiday Knits Collection! We’ve got Hats and Mitts, Cowls and Shawlettes, and Potpourri, all available now.

From now until December 1st, 2012, we are running a special on all three of our brand-new Ebooks. Each is normally $29, but through December 1st, you can get them for $19 each. That’s only $2.71 per pattern (patterns are normally $6 each). A seriously great deal on some seriously cute patterns. If you don’t find enough in the Ebooks to make purchasing them worthwhile, no worries – each of the patterns is available for individual purchase through the store, online, AND electronically through Ravelry.

Click on the images below to go directly to the Ravelry page for each pattern. If you’d like a hard copy, head over to our website, call us at 503-922-1150, or stop in to the shop. We’re open every day from 9am – 8pm!

Hot Holiday Knits 2012: Hats and Mitts contains 7 patterns for Hats and Mitts, sure to please all of your holiday knitting recipients. Each was created by a Twistedista in some of their very favorite Twisted yarns.

The Coast Starlight Hat by Emily Williams was created on a verrry long train ride from Southern California to Portland, and uses the rustic yet soft Blackstone Tweed.

The sweet Elf Owl Hat by Sorren Kerr was born out of a desire to adorably keep some of her very favorite wee people’s heads toasty. She used madelinetosh tosh DK. Yum.

Emily designed the completely unisex and very hearty Meat and Potatoes Hat because her boyfriend had a chilly head, and she wanted to play with the new-to-us Seda Rustica.

And, the final hat in the collection, the Weekend Harvest Hat, was designed by Shannon Squire in two versions, to showcase some very special buttons.

The soft and quick Pine Court Mitts were designed over the course of a delightful weekend of knitting and friends at Shannon’s new house, and were the perfect excuse to play with Elfin Tweed.

The Rimpled Mitts are the result of Shannon’s onetime obsession with the fluffy and colorful Mini Mochi.

And, finally, Triple Play was created because single-ply worsted-weight yarns like Malabrigo Worsted are oh, so fun!

With this collection, you don’t have to worry about your loved ones having chilly heads or hands this holiday season.
