Kanzashi in Bloom book signing and free workshop, July 25th

Please join us on Saturday, July 25th, from 3-5 pm for a very special event! We are hosting a book-signing and crafty-afternoon with the beautiful, the talented, the wonderful Diane Gilleland, of CraftyPod fame. She’s so insanely wonderful, and we’re stoked to be spending the afternoon with her. Won’t you come by, too, and help us celebrate Diane Gilleland’s newest book, Kanzashi in Bloom. We’ll have a book signing and a free class here in the shop! Yaay!!!

Diane’s even offering a free workshop in making Kanzashi – which are Japanese fabric flowers. They’re beautiful, fun to make, and have all kinds of crafty applications. You’ll learn to make a pretty Kanzashi brooch for your Spring wardrobe, and can snag a copy of her book AND get it signed by the authoress. The book comes out on July 21st, and we have oodles of copies available in the shop.
