anyone interested in adding a sweet little picot cuff to the top of their cuff-down socks should run, not walk, to the queen of the picot (and the monkeysock queen), neuroknitter over at our old stomping grounds, weheartyarn, and take note. nk did a fabulous tutorial, and you can spend some time drooling over her photos and getting hella-jealous about her amazing sock-knitting skillz while you are there.
