I'm honored. Matt and I have been comparing the response to KnitMap with the reponse they got when they launched Unthirty, and just like I said they would...knitters are rocking the site! We had more new users, new stores, and comments in 4 days than Unthirsty had in 4 months! I'm thinking about staging a head-to-head competition here in Portland. Matt and I can post a message to each of the front pages, calling for a meet-up at a local happy hour (maybe Gravy?) and see how many people come from Unthirsty and how many from KnitMap. My money is on the knitters, how about you? Gravy is so chill that they'd love to have a cafe full of crazy knitters drinking $2.50 well drinks and $1.50 PBR (happy hour ALL night until close)!
